adding his guid to your server's ban list will not get him added to PB's permanent ban list.. He will only be banned from your server.
What is the reason for the ban?
If he is cheating, you should have your server streaming PsB and PBBANs and you wouldn't have to worry about it.

11 different accounts means he has purchased 11 copies of the game. When you create a new profile (you get 3 per key), your guid stays the same. 11 guids would mean he has something like 4 cd keys. At least you know he has been forced to spend some cash to keep coming back!

IP ban is your best bet.

I only want him to be ban from my server.

Yes he is suspected of hack but we never know and I'm not qualified to say if he really is or not. Fact is that the customers of my server are pissed and that his multi account are quite suspect.

I can get his guid but how do I get his IP?

I read game-gudis are account-based, so each account, even with same cd key, has a different guid.
PB-Guid is not account based though.

will give you a list of players
pb_sv_ban slotnumber reason
will ban him

Lol, and I suspected you of exaggerating and assuming the 11 accounts part when I visited this thead days ago...

If you guys check one of the guys from Nail's link, you'll see that it's the real deal. 13 k/d ratio, though he's only played for 5 hours. I'm pretty sure I've fought against hackers myself, but this guys probably just got skills and the egregious qualities to go along with it.

Very wrong. I played with him once. He easily killed 6 people with his scoped AR in about 5 seconds on area 22 last objective. He did that multiple times until someone called him a cheater. Then he said he was just advertising. A known hacker.

Given the fact that he needs a new key each 3 accounts... Come on there should be a mistake he must not be stupid enough to invest such an amount of money.

Yet one more reason to get your servers streaming to PBbans and/or PunksBusted, get a demo of him (preferably of him getting 6 kills in 5 seconds...) and submit it.

I've seen ETQW for $13 US or 8 after a pricegrabber review. I don't know how much he sells his hacks for, but investment costs if he is seeing the same deals can't be that much. I'm glad that I have yet to see as many people cheating in ETQW as I did in W:ET. I think there will never be any way to stop hackers, except good admins. So, keep up the good work.

If it's realy a new account each day, it's probably not that he always creates one but some kind of bug/exploit.
Maybe he was able to register with $date$ or whatever, and stats are tracked to that account, but stored for another username each time (as it changes).

Or he just deletes them again, after using them, and then creates a new one.

Wow....he admitted he's advertising? He's not that good, considering that several players are superior to him even while he's hacking.He's quite persistent then, I mean since there's so many potential locations out there where a server's admin may be offline.

Good idea...I could have been just unintentionally advertising for him.

they dont have/follow rules. therefore they will always be seeking that first step ahead of the game and always be everpresent. unless by some act of god himself that nobody ever wants to cheat.......

like bmxer said, each cdkey has only one PBguid. if you ban him with the admin menu in-game, you are only banning him by his gameguid. if this guy deletes his online account and makes a new one with the same key, his gameguid will change. even if he deletes his name and makes another that is exactly the same, his gameguid will change.

the only way to ban him off permanently is to PB ban the guy. either use the pb_sv_ban command while he is on your server or manually update your pbbans.dat file like below. you can get his full 32-digit PBguid in your PB logs.

Get your server streaming with PsB and use AutoMBL to keep the ban list and all the checks up to date. If you are setup correctly, you will have a pbbans.dat file with the most current ban list.
